It was decided that the Osmanoğlu Mutual Aid Association, headquartered in Istanbul, would be considered as a public benefit association in accordance with Article 27 of the Associations Law No. 5253.

It was reported that it was deemed appropriate by the Presidency's Decision No. 7374 dated 14.07.2023.
